Sam is a 18-year seasoned real estate veteran and has sold over 300 homes throughout his career which began back in September 2004. Sam specializes in assisting traditional equity seller’s list, market and sell their homes or investment properties, getting his seller the highest exposure possible in both print and online advertising. Sam started out as a Buyer’s Agent focused in West and South Torrance and has represented hundreds of satisfied clients locate and purchase multi-residential properties throughout the Greater South Bay Area! Sam knows the South Bay and has completed over 6500 broker price opinions (BPO) for major banks and lending institutions. Sam accurately determines the fair market value for motivated sellers looking to list their home for sale! Sam joined RE/MAX Estate Properties in September 2005 and formed the Xavier and Xavier Team in 2007. In May 2020, Sam and his wife Bindu Xavier joined Compass!
Prior to his career in real estate Sam has held various regional outside sales positions at startup computer manufacturers selling servers, storage devices and memory. His career in outside sales began after college in 1988. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Marketing Major from Adrian College.
He grew up in a small rural farming town in Southeast Michigan and has lived up and down the East Coast until he moved to Hermosa Beach in 1991. In 2014, Sam founded the Redondo Beach Referral Networking Group (RBRNG).
In his spare time, Sam volunteers at his children’s schools (Parras Middle School and Redondo Union High School) and is an active PTA & PTSA Member. He enjoys golfing, snow skiing, biking and traveling the world! Sam was initiated into the Elk’s Lodge 1378 of Redondo Beach in March 2016 and is the proud Father of his son, Sammy age 19 and daughter, Briana age 17. He is married to Bindu Xavier, Co-Founder of the Xavier and Xavier Team. Bindu is also a full time award winning Compass Agent and they reside in South Redondo Beach.

Expert Agent Even During a Pandemic! We decided to list our house for sale prior to the Covid-19 pandemic with Sam. The pandemic started hitting the end of March 2020. Our plan was to put the house on the market originally by the end of April or the first week of May. Needless to say, with the pandemic we were extremely concerned and had many questions. Sam has so much knowledge of the market, he was able to guide us through uncharted territory (selling a house in the middle of a pandemic.) There were extra steps needed to make sure everyone was kept safe. The nice thing is that once our house got listed, we didn't even need to have an open house. He arranged for professional photos to be taken, a 3D walk-through a virtual tour, and even drone footage, all professionally marketed through a dedicated website for our house. Sam made sure that only qualified buyers made an appointment to come see our house and Covid-19 waivers were signed. We had one day of appointments and about 15 potential buyers came through on that day.
